Dirty Stamp Page.
This stamp was used before the nail varnish coating was put on. Note the discolored corners. This is not a bad case of discoloration, and the use of clear varnish (I like pearly ones) means stamps will look nice and new for ages.
On the right hand side, you can see where I have drawn a pattern on the side of the stamp to identify it. My name is on the other (unseen) side as well. This is especially important at stamping parties, where some one else may have the same stamp at home, and not realize the one they are about to pack up is yours, unless it is clearly marked as such.
