I'll let the pictures speak mostly for themselves.

Start with a base.

Flip it over and begin building layers of pop-sticks,
log cabin wise (only in a hexagonal, not square, manner).
Glue them in place.

Put on the next 2 layers, only move 'em out a
little from the original.

When you can't balance another layer on you have
finished the bowl. Put your fruit in it!

You can further decorate your bowl
with diamantes...

And even more diamantes.
